- Fundraising Excellence in Memory of Maya Collins: Motivated by the loss of fellow student Maya Collins to acute myeloid leukemia, I took on the mission to fight for children facing similar battles. Led Team MAYAmazing, raising $175,000 for LLS, and secured two pediatric research grants in Maya's name to advance lifesaving treatments.
- Legacy & Impact: My efforts were rooted in honoring Maya’s memory and contributing to the fight against blood cancers. The funds raised supported LLS’s groundbreaking research, helping to bring us closer to a world where no child loses their life to cancer.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruited and mentored teams for Cincinnati SVOY, guiding them in effective fundraising strategies that contributed to raising over $700,000 for LLS.
- Awards & Recognition: Twice honored with the Cincinnati Hero Award for outstanding contributions to the fight against leukemia.
- Event Leadership: Served as the Awards Emcee at the season-ending ceremony, recognizing the efforts and successes of all participants.
